Note: A mobile network outage is not the same as having no coverage or a weak signal. Head to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names on your phone. Even if airplane mode says its off, you should try turning it on for a minute and then turning it back off. Verizon signal has been horrible this spring.
